Ryan Parsely

Ryan currently serves as Managing Partner/Chief Executive Officer of Ascent Energy II, LLC, an energy-investment company, and is a founding partner of Green Hydrogen Energy Partners, LLC, an energy-transition-investment company and project developer.  He has served as chief executive officer, and been a member of the board of directors, for energy investment and operating companies.  Ryan has raised capital, both equity and debt, in excess of $200 million and consistently generated significant multiples for shareholders.

Prior to Ryan’s executive roles, he also practiced energy, corporate, and real estate law in Texas.

Ryan played Division I soccer at Texas Christian University and earned his J.D. cum laude, from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law.  Ryan, and his wife Karly, live in Douglas County and have three daughters who all play for Real Colorado.
